The first day of december =)

Every time it’s December, Once Upon A December just comes to mind and I think about the cartoon movie that I fell in love with years ago. I reaaaaalllyyyy loooveeee this song! It’s kinda been following me through the years, the melody, the lyrics, I don’t know, is it just me? Or is this song just equipped with so much invisible power to totally make me immerse in it over and over again. So beautiful.

Attended a short art lesson on figure drawing today. It was fun, but tedious, and I’ve got tons to improve on. Credits to the LIVE models who posed for all of us students, it must have been so tiring. I wonder when we’ll get to draw nudes! -raises eyebrows- Hahaha, I’m joking! =) I really don’t want to draw a nude -cringe-, I don’t even want to look at one for the matter. -_- And, I’m not allowed to. T_T -stares at Feng- I don’t mind though hahaha. =D

1. The Box Doodle Project

where people doodle on boxes? Haha, there are just so much diversity it’s really interesting and inspirational and it’s been giving me tons of ideas for christmas. =) You just have to unfold a cardboard/plastic box and draw on it. Sounds pretty fun to me! Go check it out if you love to doodle anywhere, anytime on anything!

2. Encouraging Words

Come here to see encouraging words by from random people that will just make you go ‘AWWW’ or ‘I have to tell that to ___ too!’ and a part of you just melts and gives in to the beauty of positivity and the simple beauty of peer support and love. It works like this: Random people (Even you can) send send encouraging words via email to an address and messages will be displayed as a simple, anonymous image in the gallery, like these examples I picked:

I know I’ve posted more than just a few, but it really gets addictive and you’ll love this site (trust me), so what are you waiting for? I’ve yet to post my message, and I hope you (ahem, ahem) read it… I’ll tell you when I’m done deciding what I have to say and hopefully it’ll get posted soon. =) It’s a little like postsecret, except they make it simpler with just words. Quick, GO! =D

3. Hide Out!

A clothing collection by Demke Agema that’s completely out of the ordinary with her quirky sense of shape and design. Just look at the pictures! It totally inspires me!

What I really like about the last one is that it probably feels very comfortable and you have the option of unwrapping it and letting it crawl behind you as you walk, like the perfect cape for a fairytale. =) Totally inspiring.

I spent the time after class with Feng just lazing about in the evening sun and then playing 1v1 basketball which was really interesting and competitive. I managed to score 2 shots heh heh, and I know he’s already giving in to me… which makes me feel extremely pleased and happy too ^^ Hur, it’s late already but I’m so psyched to play again, soon! =D I still remember how he looks so afraid when I dash towards him to guard his shots… he never seems so vulnerable in front of ANYONE during gameplay, and when I suanned him later during dinner that I managed to scare him quite a few times, he just said ‘I was that way because I’m afraid of injuring you’ and I was just touched by that. Hmm, that’s something worth remembering. =)

And because his long hair is growing out again, he kind of resembles a certain animal…
